What is Flexibuy?
New to the market, Flexibuy gives the option to rent for as long as you like, with the opportunity to buy at a time to suit you. Of course, if you want to buy straight away, you can do that too!
To make things even easier, you’ll get up to £4,000 for every year you rent with us to use as your deposit. It’s a secure way to save, and gives you the freedom to experience your home before deciding to buy.

How does it work?
View, choose and move!
Once our simple assessment process has established you're eligible, it's just a case of selecting your property and moving in. Whilst you're enjoying your new home, you'll pay a competitive market rent. Within 12 months you can choose to buy up to 75% of your property. And a year later, you can opt to purchase the remaining 25% and own the property outright if you wish.
What's great is that no deposit's required. For each year you rent, when you choose to buy with us we'll refund 40% of the rent you've paid towards your deposit.
With Flexibuy, you can afford to move in and enjoy your new quality home straight away, with no need to save separately for a deposit.
Can I buy straight away?
Of course! All our properties are available to buy now. There's no need to wait if you don't want to. You can opt to purchase up to 75% in the first year and if you wish you can eventually own your home outright. Contact us to find out more.
What type of homes are available with Flexibuy?
Our homes are brand new and built by large, reputable companies. They often form part of a private builder’s housing estate and are built to the same high specifications. You can relax knowing that all of our Flexibuy homes are covered by the usual building guarantees (normally 10 years) to safeguard your investment.
