How to Apply

Interested in one of our properties? Apply now as there are limited numbers available immediately.

We will need to ensure you meet the eligibility and affordability criteria before you can reserve the property of your choice.

Download the application form on this page and return it to us with all your supporting documentation. Once we receive your application we will assess your eligibility within 8 working days to let you know the outcome.

You will need to enclose the following with your application form:

• Copies of 3 month bank statements
• Copies of 3 months or 6 weekly payslips
• Evidence of savings
• Evidence of any benefits or working/child tax entitlement
• Copies of any loan agreements
• Copies of latest credit card statements
• Copy of your passport or driving licence
